Turbulence

I'm giving a general overview of the different types of turbulence modeling. Specifically I wish to show how the Reynold's Averaged Navier Stokes equations (RANS) zero equation and RANS two equation models are derived, and (time permitting) I'll talk a bit about the Reynold's Stress Models (RSM). I also want to talk about the Space averaged Navier Stokes equations (LES turbulence modeling). Then, I will touch briefly on some issues about turbulence modeling related to oceans, specifically how rotation affects turbulence modeling, and one-way how turbulence can affect plankton growth.
