Our research aims to understand and model complex physical and interdisciplinary oceanic dynamics and processes. We create, develop and utilize new mathematical models and computational methods for ocean predictions and dynamical diagnostics, for optimization and control of autonomous ocean observation systems, and for data assimilation and data-model comparisons. Our environment is collaborative within a lively group of students and researchers.
